This converter works like a virtual printer. Say you're in Microsoft Word with the document you want to turn into a PDF file open. Instead of printing to your paper printer, you select the CutePDF virtual printer, and print. A window asked you what you want to name the file and where you want it to go. Click OK, and you have a PDF copy! Easy!
